Family Meal Plan #6

So, I’m back with another meal plan. This time it includes our Easter meals too. I feel like I’ve got quite a lot from this shop actually.

We did it at Tesco and it was delivered this afternoon, it includes ingredients for some cakes and Easter treats, as well as some Prosecco for me too! Wink-wink.

Here’s the haul:

Here’s the meal plan:

Friday

Slow Cooker Chicken Wings, Corn on the Cob, ‘Slaw and Homemade Sweet Potato Chips.

Saturday

Slow Cooker Roast Lamb (we’re visiting Mark’s mum so I need something that will cook while we go!) and the trimmings. I am winging this. I’m sure it will work fine and I plan to use a combination of port, garlic, rosemary and mint, and maybe a few spuds to cook it. Wish me luck!

Sunday

I may get a pizza takeaway with Bill, as Mark’s not here!

Monday

Leftover Lamb Curry, Rice and Naan.

Tuesday

Lamb, Pea & Parmesan Orzo and Garlic Bread.

Wednesday

One Pot Bacon and Brie Linguine.

Thursday

Omelette, Tinned Roasties and Salad.

Friday

Burrito Bowls.

I’ll also be making a giant Easter nest cake, and mini cornflake nests with Bill, which I’m excited about. Baking is very much becoming my thing these days.

What are you having for tea tonight?
