Family Meal Plan #2

So, I filmed our grocery haul, which I ordered from Tesco and had delivered on Saturday. I love ordering food online because I like seeing it all tot-up and watching how much we’re spending, plus it stops me from buying all of the chocolate too. Plus, I don’t have to take a two year-old to Tesco and have him tell me that everything is ‘not fair’ or ‘against the rules’.

Anyway, if you’re like me, you’ll love having a nosey. I always find it really interesting to see what people buy and it also inspires me to think of different meals too.

Speaking of meals, this is the meal plan that has resulted from that shop (we’ve eaten some of the dishes already):

Chicken, bacon, leek and mushroom pie, with carrot and swede mash.
My healthy salt & pepper chicken, with boiled rice and prawn crackers.
Grilled mango chicken, with roasted butternut squash, a sweet sauce, couscous and feta. 
Sausage and spinach gnocchi, with homemade dough balls (we had this last night and it was lovely!)
Chicken Katsu curry, with a cucumber salad and boiled rice.
Chicken fajitas.
Satay chicken and rice or noodles, and some stir-fried sugar snaps.
Baked potatoes, with chicken or fish from the freezer, and salad.
